After an incredible couple of days exhibiting at SCS Formulate 2018, we’re now back in the office addressing enquires and catching up with day to day business.
On the 13th and 14th November, Afede Wellness exhibited at SCS Formulate at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena. Our 3rd year exhibiting at this show, it is one of the highlights of the calendar for the Cosmetic and Personal Care Industry.
This year we were joined by three of our suppliers; Tech Nature, Infinitec and Sabinsa. The technical representatives from each showcased the latest products and ingredients from our four main focus areas; Active and Functional Ingredients, Beauty From Within, Delivery Systems and Finished Products.
Highlighting the latest innovations in our industry, our suppliers led presentations as part of The Inspire Programme. The first, Delivery Systems in Cosmetics: Indulging our skin when and where it is needed most, was hosted by Joan Gonzalez from Infinitec. This presentation focussed on the effect delivery systems have on ingredients performance and customer expectations. The second presentation, Skin Radiance was led by Dr Umar Jan from Sabinsa focussing on the Beauty From Within trend.
